If you’re having trouble with Google Slides add-ons, it could be because of two common reasons related to Google:

1. Using a regular Gmail account

If you’re using a regular Gmail account, please make sure you’re not logged into multiple Gmail accounts. It’s a limitation on Google’s end.

To fix this, you can first try creating a presentation in incognito mode. If that fixes the issue, please create a separate Chrome Profile for the Gmail account linked with SlidesAI, as recommended by Google.

2. Using a Google Workspace Account

If you’re not logged into a Multiple Gmail account, the above fix didn’t work for you. Likely, your Workspace admin hasn’t allowed the installation of third-party add-ons.

2. Or you can use SlidesAI with your personal Gmail.
