I upgraded the plan, but I still see the free version

If you upgraded the plan from Free to any paid plan and still see the Free version, it could be because you are not logged into the correct account.

Each SlidesAI subscription is linked to an email, so please ensure you’re logged into the correct Gmail account.
You can check the account you’re logged in from Slidebar → Your Account.

  1. 💡 If you’re logged into multiple Gmail accounts. Please try logging in via Incognito mode
