Do I need a paid plan to download the presentation?

No, you don’t need a paid plan to download the presentation.

Once you generate a presentation, you can download it, just like any other Google Slide Presentation via File → Download → .PPTX, PDF, etc

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription via the “Your Account” menu in the app.

I upgraded the plan, but I still see the free version

If you upgraded the plan from Free to any paid plan and are seeing the Free version, It could be because of these reasons

1. You’re not logged into the correct account - Each SlidesAI subscription is linked to an email, so please ensure you’re logged into the correct Gmail account.
   You can check the account you’re logged in from Slidebar → Your Account.

   💡 If you’re logged into multiple Gmail accounts. Please try logging in via Incognito mode
