Sharper lines and arrows — scalable patterns, proportionate arrowheads, and group connections

Lines and arrows now render and format more consistently in the editor.

What's new

Line patterns that scale with stroke width

Dashed and dotted lines keep visible gaps and dot-shaped dashes at any stroke width, in the editor and in supported exports.

Proportionate arrowheads

Arrowheads now grow gradually with stroke width, and thick lines no longer poke through the arrowhead.

Arrows connect to groups

Drag an arrow endpoint close to a shape or a group and it snaps to the outline. Arrows attached to a group stay connected when the group moves or its contents change size.

Improvements

• Line formatting now lives under a single Stroke control: the width slider sits inside it, and the Fill and Border controls that don't apply to lines are hidden.
