Introducing Brand Kits: every presentation, on-brand

Brand Kits are here. Keep your brand colours, fonts, slide styles, and image libraries in one kit, and every presentation you generate comes out looking like your brand — with nothing outside your palette.

Two ways to build one. Already present from a PowerPoint or brand template? Click Import PPTX and we read your colours, fonts, logos, and slide designs straight out of the file. No template? Build it by hand: pick your colours, choose your fonts, and we generate slide styles from them.

Your own slides, generated for you. Import a presentation and make it AI-ready, and new decks are built from your template's own slides with your content placed in them. Choose Design a new slide when content fits nothing, or Only use my slides when every slide must come from your template.

Kits fit how you work. A kit can live in your personal space, a team, or the whole organization, and that decides who can see and use it.

Custom fonts, your choice. When an imported presentation uses a typeface we can't serve, replace it with any Google font for free, or upload your own font file on a paid plan to keep the brand exact.

Improvements

Presentations open noticeably faster in the web app now in all place, while editing, presenting or embeds — and the biggest wins land exactly where you used to feel the wait. Less time staring at a loading screen, more time actually presenting.

  • Reopening a deck after a break is up to 90% faster. It used to redo a slow behind-the-scenes check — often 4–5 seconds of the wait. That's now remembered, so decks you come back to load in a fraction of the time. Same speedup for teammates and public links.

  • Loading starts the moment you click — your deck no longer waits for the app to finish starting first, shaving up to a second off every fresh open.

  • Decks you've opened before appear almost instantly from a local copy, then sync quietly in the background.
