Create classroom materials

Generate handouts, visual aids, reference sheets, and other classroom materials using SlidesAI. You can create single-page or multi-slide materials in any app.

1. Choose a material type

Decide what you need before generating. Common classroom materials include:

  • Handouts with key terms and definitions

  • Visual aids and diagrams

  • Reference sheets with formulas or timelines

  • Flashcard-style slides for review games

2. Generate from a prompt

In the Platform, Google Slides, or PowerPoint, describe the material you want. Be specific: "A one-page handout summarizing the water cycle with labeled diagrams" or "A 5-slide visual aid for a history timeline."

3. Simplify and adjust

Use SlidesAI's rewrite tools to shorten text for younger readers or expand definitions for older students. Replace complex sentences with bullet points so students can scan quickly.

4. Add images

Generate AI images for diagrams, or insert stock photos for visual interest. In the Platform, Google Slides, or PowerPoint, use the Images tab to search and insert without leaving SlidesAI.

5. Print or share

Export the presentation as a PDF for printing, or share the Google Slides link with students for digital access. If you need a single-page handout, export to PDF and use your printer's "multiple slides per page" setting.
