Find your invoice
Download your SlidesAI invoices and receipts from the Paddle customer portal. Paddle sends a receipt to your email after each payment, but you can also retrieve it from the portal at any time.
Download from the Paddle portal
Sign in to the SlidesAI Platform with the Gmail account that owns the subscription.
Click your profile or account menu and select Manage subscription to open the Paddle portal.
In the Paddle portal, go to Transactions or Invoices.
Click the invoice you want to download, then click Download PDF.
Find in your email
Paddle sends a receipt to the email address associated with your payment method after each charge. Search your inbox for "Paddle" or "SlidesAI" to find it.
If the invoice is missing, make sure you are checking the email address used for the payment, which may be different from your Gmail account.
