Which Gmail account owns your subscription
Your SlidesAI subscription is permanently tied to the Gmail account you used when you first signed up or paid. If you sign in with a different Google account, you will see a free Basic plan instead of your paid subscription.
Check your active account
On the SlidesAI Platform — click your profile menu in the top-right. The signed-in email is your SlidesAI account.
In Google Slides — the add-on runs under the Google account that owns the presentation. Check the account avatar in the top-right of Google Slides.
In PowerPoint — open the SlidesAI add-in pane. Your signed-in email appears in the account area.
Common mistake: multiple Gmail accounts
Many users have a personal Gmail and a work Google account. If you paid with one but sign in with the other, SlidesAI treats them as separate accounts. Your subscription will only appear when you sign in with the exact Gmail that made the purchase.
