Fix billing tied to the wrong account
If your SlidesAI subscription is linked to a Gmail account you no longer use, or if you accidentally paid while signed in with the wrong Google account, you need to move the subscription to the correct account.
Why this happens
Your subscription is tied to the exact Gmail account you were signed in with at the time of purchase. SlidesAI does not support merging accounts or transferring subscriptions between Google accounts automatically.
How to fix it
Identify which Gmail account currently owns the subscription. Check the purchase receipt from Paddle, or sign in to the Platform and open the profile menu.
If you no longer need the subscription on that account, cancel it through the Paddle portal to stop future billing.
Sign in to the SlidesAI Platform with the correct Gmail account.
Purchase a new subscription on the correct account.
SlidesAI cannot move a paid subscription from one Gmail account to another. You must cancel on the old account and repurchase on the new one.
