Manage your subscription through Paddle

All SlidesAI subscriptions are managed through Paddle, the billing company. You can update your payment method, view plan details, and change your billing cycle from the Paddle customer portal.

Open the Paddle portal

1. Sign in to the SlidesAI Platform.

2. Click your profile or account menu in the top-right.

3. Select Manage subscription or Billing.

4. You are redirected to the Paddle customer portal.

What you can do in Paddle

• Update payment method — add a new card or switch payment details.

• Change billing cycle — switch between monthly and annual billing if available.

• View plan details — see your current tier, start date, and next renewal date.

• Cancel — stop recurring billing (see Cancel your subscription).
