Use SlidesAI with your team

Teams use SlidesAI to maintain consistent branding, share templates, and speed up collaborative presentation creation. The Platform has built-in sharing and comments, while Google Slides and PowerPoint use native collaboration.

1. Set up a shared template

In the Platform, create a master presentation with your team's colors, fonts, and logo. Share it with Can view permissions so teammates can duplicate it as a starting point for every new presentation.

2. Generate from shared prompts

Agree on standard prompt formats for common presentation types (status updates, quarterly reviews, sales pitches). This keeps team output consistent and reduces review time.

3. Review and comment

In the Platform, use the built-in comment threads to give feedback on specific slides or text boxes. In Google Slides and PowerPoint, use native comments and @mentions to assign edits.

4. Manage brand consistency

Apply the same theme to every team presentation. In the Platform, store approved themes in the shared workspace. In Google Slides and PowerPoint, use native master slides to enforce brand standards.

5. Export and distribute

Export finished presentations to PPTX or PDF for external sharing. For internal updates, keep the presentation in the Platform or Google Slides so the team always sees the latest version.
