Why the cancel button is missing

If you can't find the cancel button, it's usually because the subscription is managed through Paddle rather than inside the app, or because you're signed in with the wrong Gmail account.

Most common causes

  • You are looking inside the app. SlidesAI does not have an in-app cancel button. You must cancel through the Paddle customer portal. Open the Platform, click your profile, and select Manage subscription.

  • You are signed in with the wrong Gmail account. Your subscription belongs to the exact Google account you used when you paid. If you sign in with a different account, you won't see the subscription or the cancel option.

  • You paid through a different channel. If you purchased via an app store or a reseller, the cancellation path may differ. Check your original purchase email for the merchant name.

SlidesAI uses Paddle as the billing company. If your receipt says "Paddle," you must cancel through Paddle's portal.
