Open the presentation in the Platform.
Select the text box you want to rewrite.
Click the AI Rewrite button in the toolbar.
Choose an action: Rephrase, Shorten, or Change tone.
Review the AI suggestion and click Apply to replace the text, or Try again for a different version.

Use SlidesAI's built-in AI tools to adjust slide text without manual rewriting. You can change the tone, rephrase for clarity, or make the text shorter. Expand your app below for the steps.

In the SlidesAI Platform
In Google Slides
Open the SlidesAI add-on from Extensions → SlidesAI.
Select the slide and text you want to rewrite.
In the SlidesAI panel, choose Rewrite or Rephrase.
Pick a tone or length option, then click Generate.
Click Apply to replace the original text.
In PowerPoint
Open the SlidesAI add-in from the ribbon.
Select the slide and text you want to rewrite.
In the SlidesAI pane, choose Rewrite or Rephrase.
Pick a tone or length option, then click Generate.
Click Apply to replace the original text.
In the ChatGPT GPT
After the GPT builds your presentation, follow its export instructions to send it to Google Slides.
In Google Slides, open the SlidesAI add-on from Extensions → SlidesAI.
Select the text you want to rewrite and use the Rewrite or Rephrase options in the panel.
