Request a refund through Paddle

Refund requests for SlidesAI subscriptions are handled by Paddle, the billing company. You can request a refund directly from the Paddle customer portal or by contacting Paddle support.

Request a refund

  1. Sign in to the SlidesAI Platform with the Gmail account that owns the subscription.

  2. Click your profile or account menu and select Manage subscription to open the Paddle portal.

  3. In the Paddle portal, find your transaction and click Request refund, or contact Paddle support with your transaction ID.

Refund eligibility depends on Paddle's refund policy and how long ago the purchase was made. Include your transaction ID from your purchase email when contacting support.

What to expect

  • Paddle typically responds to refund requests within a few business days.

  • If approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method.

  • You will receive an email confirmation from Paddle once the refund is processed.
