How credits work
AI credits are consumed when you use Magic Write and other AI-powered editing features in SlidesAI. Creating a presentation from a prompt, topic, text, notes, or document does not use credits.
What consumes credits
Rewriting or rephrasing text with AI.
Shortening or lengthening slide text.
Changing tone or translating text.
Generating images with AI from a description.
What does not consume credits
Generating slides from a prompt, topic, text, notes, or document.
Editing slides manually (moving text, changing colors, resizing).
Inserting stock images.
Exporting to PPTX, PDF, or Google Slides.
Changing themes or layouts.
Credit limits by plan
Basic — limited credits per year.
Pro — higher credit allowance.
Premium — unlimited AI credits.
Note: Credits reset according to your billing cycle (annual or monthly). Unused credits do not roll over.
